Featured ($79) gives you top placement on the board, a dashboard to manage applications (view resumes, track status, add notes), and a dedicated social media post. It's everything you need to hire efficiently.
Should I get the Early Access Pass?
If you're hiring for 3+ guide positions this year, absolutely. The pass ($349) gives you unlimited featured jobs for a full year—that's a $237+ value if you post 3 roles. Plus, you lock in this rate before we raise it to $495/year next season. Limited to the first 50 lodges.
How does dashboard access work?
With Featured or Early Access Pass, you get a dashboard where guides can apply directly. You'll see their resumes, cover letters, and contact info all in one place. No more digging through emails. Free posts still send applications to your email.
How long does review take?
We typically review and approve listings within 24 hours (often faster during business hours). You'll get an email once your listing is live. We check every post to keep the quality high.
How long will my job stay live?
All listings stay active for 60 days. If you need it taken down sooner (position filled), just let us know. Need it extended? We can do that too.
Can I edit a job after posting?
Yes. If dates change, pay updates, or the role evolves, message us and we'll update the listing. If the position fills, we'll mark it as filled and take it off the board.
Do I need an account to post?
No account needed for free posts—just submit the job. For Featured or Early Access Pass, you'll need an account to access the dashboard and manage applications.
What if I only have 1-2 openings?
Start with a Featured post ($79). If it works and you hire again, you can always upgrade to the Early Access Pass later.
