Fly Fishing Guides

Our business is growing and we need independent guides! We are looking for personable, professional fly fishing guides to join us a few days per month for group trips on the Housatonic River. We can help you with CT Guides licenses and insurance as needed. The fishing is straightforward, and you will be right alongside us and our roster guides, so knowledge of the Housie is not as important as the ability to make the day fun and safe for our clients, most of whom are beginner fly fishermen. Half-day and full-day wade trips both come up, mostly on mid-week days. I need more guides to call as the bookings come in. We are an experienced outfitter with a healthy client list, we pay well, and we have three more large group trips coming up in 2026. We are not affiliated with a shop or with any brands, and we respect your relationships with your own shops and brands. Plus we cook a mean stream-side lunch. :)
