Fly Shop Retail Associate

We’re actively looking for shop staff to fit into our busy retail environment. Professionalism, courtesy, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn are required. The right candidates are experienced fly fishers and will be able to enthusiastically and effectively assist customers in an upbeat, friendly retail setting. Applicants with specialty outdoor retail sales experience and knowledge of fly fishing products and techniques will be primarily considered. Self-motivated adventurers dedicated to exploring the area on their days off will be considered over others. Our environment is dynamic—shop staff may wear many hats on a given day, and flexibility is key. For dedicated anglers looking to become fishing guides, this position is a great way to learn the industry and get your foot in the door.
