We are seeking motivated, knowledgeable outdoor professionals to join our team in a hybrid retail and service-based role. Depending on experience and skill set, team members may focus on retail sales, guided fly fishing trips, archery bow technician work, or a combination of these areas. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fly fishing, archery, and delivering a high level of customer service in a specialty outdoor environment. ⸻ Primary Responsibilities Retail Sales (Fly Shop & Archery) • Provide expert assistance with fly fishing gear, terminal tackle, waders, rods, reels, packs, and accessories • Assist customers with archery equipment selection and product knowledge • Offer accurate local fishing reports and seasonal recommendations • Maintain organized retail displays and inventory • Process transactions and support daily shop operations • Assist with basic rigging and gear setup (no fly tying required) ⸻ Fly Fishing Guide • Conduct professional guided trips on local waters • Ensure client safety and positive on-water experience • Provide instruction for anglers of varying skill levels • Maintain guide equipment and boats • Represent the shop professionally in the field • Uphold conservation ethics and river stewardship Guide Requirements: • Prior guiding experience preferred • Strong knowledge of local rivers and seasonal fisheries • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills ⸻ Archery Bow Technician • Set up, tune, and adjust compound bows • Install accessories (rests, sights, stabilizers, etc.) • Perform bow maintenance and minor repairs • Paper tune and assist customers with proper fit and setup • Maintain safe shop practices Bow Tech Requirements: • Prior bow technician experience required • Strong mechanical aptitude • Detail-oriented with commitment to precision and safety ⸻ Qualifications • Strong knowledge of fly fishing and/or archery equipment • Retail customer service experience preferred • Ability to work weekends and peak seasons • Team-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated • Professional appearance and communication ⸻ Physical Requirements • Lift up to 50 lbs • Stand for extended periods • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

Guides will lead wade and/or float trips and events, provide casting and fly fishing instruction, ensure client safety, and deliver an exceptional on-the-water experience. Ideal candidates are confident anglers with strong people skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for sharing fly fishing with others.
