Job Description
Saltwater Fly Fishing Guide Opportunity – Puerto Rico
About No Name Lodge
No Name Lodge is Puerto Rico's premier saltwater fly fishing lodge, built around exploration, adventure, and world-class fishing.
We're not just another fishing operation. Every No Name location begins as an unexplored fishery, where we spend years learning the water, culture, and local way of life before establishing a permanent lodge. Our guests come from all over the world to chase aggressive tarpon and technical permit while experiencing the island beyond the fishing.
If you enjoy sight-fishing, poling skiffs, and helping anglers have the trip of a lifetime, we'd love to hear from you.

We're seeking experienced saltwater guides who are available to travel and work in Puerto Rico for a minimum of one month at a time.

During peak season, we employ up to 8 full-time guides.
What We Provide
All travel expenses covered
