Seasonal Fly-Fishing Guide and Maintenance Assitant

Triangle X Ranch is looking for a seasonal fly-fishing guide willing to help with general ranch maintenance during the early season and transition into full-time guiding mid-July. Our fishing season runs through September. Ideally applicants will have previous hands-on experience with general property maintenance as well as previous experience as a fishing guide or completed a reputable guide school program.

Triangle X Ranch is a traditional Dude Ranch located within Grand Teton National Park and our guided trips are on the Snake River and its tributaries. We provide dormitory style housing and meals to all employees. We cannot accommodate pets.

Guides are expected to provide well maintained and functional rod and reel for clients use. Guides are expected to have a well-stocked gear bag with leaders, tippet, flies, etc. Triangle X keeps an assortment of flies for guides use. Guides will also use their own vehicle to transport clients.

Higher consideration will be given to applicants with drift boat rowing experience and those who own their own boats.
