Fly Fishing Jobs in Florida

Florida is one of the premier saltwater fly fishing destinations in the world. The Florida Keys offer the grand slam—tarpon, bonefish, and permit on shallow flats—while the Everglades and Ten Thousand Islands hold snook, redfish, and juvenile tarpon. The Gulf Coast and Atlantic shorelines provide year-round guiding opportunities. Florida's strong tourism industry and warm climate make it an excellent market for saltwater fly guides.
